The Group needed a website redesign.
The objectives were:
– to showcase its new positioning
– to give it a more modern look and feel
– to integrate functionalities engaging a digital transformation
Methodology
In connection with the communication and digital department, The Good Consulting® interviewed 20 stakeholders in order to collect their expectations and their visions of the company on digital for the next five years.
These testimonials gave rise to a report shared internally on which the agency brief was built.
Brief agency
In connection with business divisions, digital and IT services, the brief was structured as follows:
– Positioning
– UX strategy by target
– Artistic direction
– Types of content
– Technologies
– Performance and expected services
Once validated by the decision-makers, 3 agencies relevant for this type of project were selected.
They received the brief and responded to it within a month.
The Good Consulting® organized the steering committees, the pitch of the agencies, provided its expertise on the selection criteria through a grid of more than one hundred criteria.
The agencies were difficult to decide which indicates the quality of their choice.
The project is underway.

The Group, supporting an ambitious CSR policy, has launched a “flagship project” of sustainable development.
The Good Consulting® was given the complete mission.

– Intensity of exposures.
The Good Consulting® brought together management and the best reputation specialists to build a coherent project in terms of needs and costs.
A follow-up recommendation was delivered, an ideal workflow involving the shortest possible chain of command, the optimization of the use of tools already present and the recommendation of the most relevant service provider.
